SPH Analytics was selected by the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) as its Affinity Partner for OAS-CAHPS and Patient Experience Surveys because of our extensive survey expertise and a proven history of success with ASCA members. The survey is used nationwide by Ambulatory Surgical Centers and provides a benchmark for national averages among Ambulatory Surgical Centers as well as a way to track their own performance and make improvements.
There are two separate surveys given to patients in PSC, one is for surgical patients and the other is for pain management patients.
